DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER?
If you cannot return an item in store then yes, customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning their item to Ultra Football via post.
Return shipping costs
- Return postage is not prepaid, and Ultra Football does not provide return labels.
Exceptions
- If your item is faulty or defective, our Customer Experience team will assist you with a solution.
- We may provide support or reimbursement of return shipping costs involving confirmed faults or errors on our part.
