Ultra Football Defective Product Policy

1. All products need to be purchased online or in-store through Ultra Football.
2. All items must be returned within 6-months or 2-years depending on the manufacturer’s warranty of the brand, since the original purchase date to either our Sydney location or Melbourne location.
3. All product returns which are needing assessment will be completed from the manufacturer, not Ultra Football.
4. If the defective product is claimed within the warranty period and is deemed faulty from the manufacturer, we will either provide you with an exchange, issue you with a refund or apply a credit note to your account at your choice.
5. Claims regarding defective products may require a minimum of 14 days upon communication with the brand.
6. If the product is not deemed faulty, the product will be held for a maximum of 30 days for in-store collection. Should shipping be necessary, the customer will incur a charge of a $12.50 shipping fee via Australia Post Standard Shipping.
7. In the case of a product which has had been repeatedly returned with a recurring fault, Ultra Football reserves the right to exchange the defective product into a different model.
8. Any removable components, such as shoelaces, charms, and insoles, are not eligible for replacement. Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty.
9. The exploitation of the brand warranty policy will result in a 24-month hold period under your account until you may be eligible for an application regarding a defective product claim.
10. We accept no liability for damage resulting from the inappropriate use of football boots and this also includes the use of boots on the incorrect surface to which they were designed.
11. Ultra Football staff hygiene safety is our no.1 concern Ultra football requests that all product returned is clean and does not contain any moisture or dirt.The items' box and/or packaging MUST NOT have any writing, taping, papers/shipping labels, or markings on its surface, as this item will be restocked and resold- if in acceptable condition. This may result in the Returns team rejecting your return, as they are unable to reuse the packaging. 
12. Once chosen to return your item, you have agreed to abide by our no-dispute policy. Within this agreement, Ultra Football states that there will be zero tolerance for aggressive, uncooperative and/or refusal in the result of a potential rejection notice for your claim.
