Nike Create Custom 'SK20' Air Force 1's for Matilda Sam Kerr

Samantha Kerr (@samanthakerr20) has just completed another incredible year of football on, and off the pitch. As the Women's World Cup in 2019 quickly approaches, she caps off her already successful 2017, 2018 season with a pair of custom sneakers from Nike for her recent Ballon d'Or nomination.
Sam Kerr's 'SK20' features many special touches to express what a successful career she has had in recent years. Built from the foundations of the iconic Air Force 1, Kerr's iteration features gold accents on the swoosh and heel tab, as well as the stand out piece, the removable lace cover that scribes her squad number '20' and 'SK' initials on the other. The 'SK20' Air Force 1 also includes bespoke insoles and shoelaces that display all of Kerr's achievements in football. If the centrepiece lace cover is removed it will reveal the insane details, all of Sam Kerr's achievements scribed the length of the lace. 2010 U20 Player of the Year, 2014 PFA Player of the Year, W-League Golden Boot 2018, NWSL Golden Boot 2017 & 2018, NWSL MVP 2017, NWSL BEST XI 207 & 2018. That is only one lace of the shoe, other lists; AFC Asian Women's Player of the Year 2017, Young Australian of the Year 2018, ESPY Best International Player 2018, Most Goals in NWSL (51), Most Goals in NWSL Game (4), Most Hat-Traicks in a Season & Most Goals in a Season (17).
A nomination that was most definitely deserved and only the beginning for the young superstar. We can only just imagine the success her and the Australian Matilda's will have in the up and coming World Cup.
