The adidas Predator Mania Red is finally back

The purists' favourite is back. Adidas has been digging into the archives lately, and this one’s right at the top of the throne — the return of the legendary Predator Mania Red.

If you’ve played long enough, you’ve seen it. If you haven’t, you’ve definitely heard about it. Originally dropping in 2002, the Predator Mania is one of the most iconic football boots ever made. And in 2025, adidas is re-releasing it after its success in 2019.

The Mania is one of a kind, with previous remakes and colours in the past few years, the collectors can only love it.

Black, White & Red

It doesn’t get more Predator than this. The unmistakable black base, that bold red tongue, and crisp white stripes. Worn by legends like Beckham and Zidane, this colourway is football heritage in boot form. If boots could talk, this one would have stories for days. 

Japan Blue & Red

The Japan Mania was a grail for collectors — a deep royal blue upper matched with bold red accents. Originally dropped in limited numbers for the 2002 World Cup in Japan and Korea, it’s one of the most unique Predator designs ever.

The Champagne Mania is as classy as it gets — creamy off-white upper, black detailing, red tongue. Instantly recognisable and forever associated with peak-era Beckham, this is more than a boot. It’s a cultural moment brought back to life.

All-White

Clean, crisp and absolutely lethal. The all-white Mania strips it back and lets the design do the talking. With subtle off-white and silver tones, it’s the most understated of the five — but make no mistake, it still carries that Predator attitude underneath.
