When music, street culture, and football collide, you get something special — and this year’s Santan Cup proved it. Hosted annually by Santan Dave, the event has grown into a cultural moment, and for 2025 it levelled up big time.
Stone Island stepped in as the official kit sponsor, teaming up with New Balance to kit out Santan FC in a look worthy of the occasion — from bespoke Furon 8 football boots to full custom jerseys and shorts released on their insta.
The Boot: Boulder Built, Chrome Detailed
The Stone Island x New Balance Furon 8 is a statement piece on every level. Built in a matte boulder film with a rock-like ripstop texture, it’s accented with a chrome electroplated soleplate that catches the light with every move. Reflective detailing on the knit collar, it's not just for the aesthetic flex, but for visibility under the Santan Cup’s night lights.
Inside, it’s all Furon DNA — engineered for explosive speed, with an offset lacing system for lockdown and a clean strike zone.
The Kit: Streetwear Meets Pitchwear

Not Their First Hit
The partnership between Stone Island and New Balance already has history. Back in 2022, they launched the Furon v7 in a custom camo print, topped with the Stone Island compass badge on the heel. It debuted on the biggest stage — the World Cup — on Raheem Sterling’s feet against Iran, and capped off with a goal in England’s 6–2 win. That collab sold out instantly and set the tone for everything that’s followed.
