How it works

1. Place your order online
2. Select your preferred pickup location.
3. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Pick up details

• Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to the selected store.
• Check out our Sydney and Melbourne store opening times before collecting.

Important notes

• Once your order is ready and you've been notified, the store will hold it for 30 days.
• Orders can take up to 3 business days to process.
