Sydney Football Pitch Hire – Kids Parties & Catering Experience
Ultra Experience Cost: From $875-$1025 including catering for up to 15 attendees. ($875 is based on Bronze package and $1025 for Gold package) See CHACHii experience menu here for all catering package options.
Deposit: $500 payable now to secure your booking. Balance owing is payable to CHACHii on the day of the experience.
Attendees: For safety, maximum play time and the overall enjoyment of attendees, the experience is capped at 16 persons for on pitch activities.
For CHACHIi catering purposes, attendee numbers can exceed 16, however they will be considered non-playing guests who will not enter the pitch. Catering cost for additional guests exceeding 15 varies depending on catering package option chosen. See CHACHii experience menu here
Duration & Catering: 2 hours – comprising of 1 ½ hours on pitch with 2 Ultra Football hosts who will run through a variety of ball skills/games followed by the final ½ hour for serving of food and cake pitch side by the CHACHii team
Dedicated CHACHii staff member pitch side for duration of the experience for coffee/drinks/snacks orders. Note: Any Adult platter options must be pre-ordered. Refer to page 3 of CHACHii experience menu here for Adult platter/food options.
Complimentary bottle of water for each attendee at the commencement of the experience (up to 16 bottles supplied free of charge)
Complimentary Jersey for birthday person: Nike Park jersey personalised with the birthday person’s name and number on the back of the jersey. Variety of colour options available for both the jersey and name/number customisation. Note: One complimentary jersey is provided per experience.

Ø Nike Park VII Jerseys for guests can be purchased for $30 each which also includes name and number customisation (RRP $47).

T&C’s
Ø The 16-person on-pitch maximum is strictly enforced. Any persons attending that exceeds the 16-person limit will not be permitted entry onto the pitch at any time during the 1 ½ hours pitch time.
Ø The minimum age an Ultra Experience can accommodate is 6 years and older.
Ø Strictly no external food permitted to be brought into Ultra Football. CHACHii can provide a birthday cake as part of the catering options or you can choose to bring your own. Ultra Football reserves the right to cancel a booking on the spot if any external food, other than birthday cake is brought into the store.
Ø No helium filled balloons are permitted to be brought into the store due to risk of damage to ducted ventilation system. Any table or hanging decorations must be removed by the head experience guests at the conclusion of the experience
Ø Complementary jersey details are to be emailed through by no later than the Wednesday before the experience day to booking@ultrafootball.com
Ø If opting for Jersey package for guests, the template is to be completed and emailed to booking@ultrafootball.com no later than 2 weeks prior to the experience date.
Ø Given the back-to-back nature of Ultra Experiences, they must commence and end on time. Any late arrivals/starts will result in reduced time on pitch to not impact on the next booking.
Catering: All catering requirements are to be emailed directly to CHACHii by no later than end of trade Thursday the week (10 days’ notice) before the Experience to enquiries@chachii.com.au
Ø All catering costs are payable directly to CHACHii on the day of the experience
Ø Dietary requirements or enquires can also be confirmed directly with CHACHii after the experience has been confirmed by emailing enquiries@chachii.com.au
Cancellation policy
Ø In the event that you choose not to proceed with you experience for any reason, you must notify Ultra Football no later than 3 weeks prior to your experience day in writing to booking@ultrafootball.com. Cancellations with less than 3 weeks’ notice will forfeit the experience cost of $500
Ø Cancellations with at least 3 week’s notice will receive a store credit of $500 usable towards any instore products and services or online at Ultrafootball.com

Once you've completed your booking online for a birthday party, here's what you can expect:
1. Booking confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email of your payment for the pitch hire, including:
- Date and time of your party
- Location
- Confirmation of your payment and an order confirmation number
- Recap of the information you provided in the booking system
Make sure you review this information to ensure everything is correct.
2. A team member will contact you
A staff member from the selected venue will follow up to:
- Introduce themself as your point of contact for organising the party
- Getting details on the complimentary custom jersey
- Explain any additional packages or specials on offer

3. Prepare for you party
Closer to the date, our team will help you ensure we've planned:
- Any catering needs
- Arrival time for you and your guests
- Introduction to your party host(s)
- Any last minute updates or special requests
4. Arrival on the day
Arrive at the venue 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled party time. Our team will:
- Greet you and guide you to your party host
- Guide you to your party area
- Assist with any setup or activities required

Catering for Sydney parties must be booked directly through Chachii. You can contact them for their Ultra Experience Menu options via:

Your specialised party host(s) will take care of the full party experience, which may include:

Guests can enjoy the pitch and party space while parents relax and watch the action.
