Originally launched for the 2000-01 Premier League season, the Nike Geo Merlin was the first ball in the Nike Premier League era.
Touted as the roundest ball ever, the Geo Merlin featured 26 panels with a double hex pattern to provide the perfect balance for touch and flight. The iconic design features the flowing Merlin graphic with subtle crowns all over the ball for Premier League specific details.
To celebrate the beginning of the relationship between Nike and the Premier League, Nike have brought back the 00-01 Nike Geo Merlin in as close to the original form as possible. Hand-stitched construction, durable smooth casing, and all the iconic logos and details feature on this must have ball for Premier League fans.
