Illan Meslier GK - Leeds United Illan Meslier is one of the better-known players on the list, starting every week in the premier league for Leeds United. In FIFA 22 Career Mode you can expect the 21-year-old French keeper to reach the high 80s in his prime after starting the game with a 77 rating. He might be out of your price range though if you starting on a smaller budget, Meslier will probably cost you around €20 million ($30 million AUD). Patino will start your FIFA 22 career mode in the low 60s and can reach the mid-80s in his peak years, making him a good option if you’re managing a 2nd or 3rd division side looking for promotion. Patino will cost you between €1 - €2 million ($1.5-$3 million AUD) or you could pay his €3.5 million release clause ($5.5 million AUD). The 18-year-old from the Netherlands will start your FIFA 22 career mode at around 66 overall and should reach the mid-80s if everything goes to plan. You can expect to pick up Xavi Simons for just under €5 million ($8 million AUD) or you could pay his €5.4 million ($8.5 million AUD) release cause if you don’t want to negotiate. The Dutch striker will start your FIFA 22 career mode at 76 overall and can reach the mid-to-high 80s depending on performance. Myron would be a good option for a first division club looking for a young striker, costing around €20 million (30 million AUD) or alternatively you could activate his €35 million release clause ($55 million AUD). Chatzigavriel will start your FIFA 22 Career mode in the 50s but the 17-year-old could reach the mid-80s proving to be a great investment. Chatzigavriel will cost you less than €500k ($700k AUD) so would be a good buy for a team in the lower divisions. Jules Kounde CB - Sevilla Jules Kounde has announced himself as one of the best young defenders in the world after signing for Sevilla from Bordeaux for €25 million in 2019. The Frenchman will reach the high 80s and could probably even break the 90 barrier with good performances. You would have to be at a Champions League level club in your FIFA 22 career mode to sign Kounde with him costing around €55 million ($87 million AUD) or his release clause is a massive €122 million ($195 million AUD). You could offer Ajax something around €35 million ($55 million AUD) or pay the €53 million release clause ($85 million AUD).
