RETURN POLICY
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please use a suitable satchel or carton to return your item(s) by post, as we cannot process any orders that are damaged in the post. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange credit to be issued.
Shoe Boxes: When returning shoes in boxes please ensure you pack them inside a satchel (you can reuse the one they came in) & do not attach anything to the outside of the original shoe box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition we will not be able to accept your return as we will not be able to resell the product. View full returns policy

PERSONALISED ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone personalisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by our Product Assessments team. Please choose your personalisation details carefully, and retain a copy of your confirmation notice for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly personalised your item/s contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them. We will not accept returns of personalised items if prior to, during or after the personalisation process a player changes his/her number or leaves a club.
We are also unable to accept returns on any Club Zone products that have had team logos or player personalisation printed on to the item. 

FAULTY ITEMS

Once chosen to return your item, you have agreed to abide by our no-dispute policy. Within this agreement, Ultra Football states that there will be zero tolerance for aggressive, uncooperative and/or refusal in the result of a potential rejection notice for your claim.

BOOT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. After playing, loosen your laces to allow easy removal of your boots (Don’t kick them off at the heel!).
  2. Remove loose dirt by knocking your boots together, then brush your football boots with a stiff brush.
Do not use a wire brush as this will damage them, instead try and use a brush with bristles made from a natural material.
  1. Wipe the football boots with a damp cloth to remove smaller particles of dirt.
Do not use a cleaning agent to clean your football boots.
  1. If the football boots have been used in wet conditions, you can use an old toothbrush to remove dirt that has been trapped in small grooves.
  2. Stuff the football boots with newspaper to maintain shape and to help extract any moisture. If the boots are very wet, you may need to replace the newspaper daily.
  3. Allow the football boots to dry in a natural heat.
Warning: Drying the boots with heat can cause the football boots to become stiff and the adhesives can deteriorate. Stiff boots are far more likely to rip and are weak. Deteriorated adhesives can make joints weak, such as the join between the upper and the sole plate. Additionally, heat drying your football boots can cause your soleplate to warp.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
Ultra Football is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been personalised, worn, washed or have the original box packaging damaged. Change of mind returns are only available within 14 days and only apply to items in a resalable condition during which Ultra Football will exchange the item for online store credit, less the original freight charges. In this instance the return freight cost is to be paid by the customer. 

COLOURS
As customers can appreciate, colours shown on-line may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only. If the colour differs substantially from what was ordered then Ultra Football will exchange the item or provide online store credit and refund the return freight charges.

REFUNDS ON SHIPPING CHARGES
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your Ultra Football tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.

Classic Football Shirts garments are uniquely sourced, authentic pre-owned or aged stock garments.

Customers must fully inspect each item before purchasing, to ensure that the garment is in an adequate condition for their needs.

It is important that you properly inspect garments to ensure that you are happy with any defects or wear that has naturally occurred with the age of authentic football jerseys.

Please check all measurements and details of the garment before purchasing. This includes condition of the fabric, the badge, the printed graphic and any other features.

Refunds, repairs and replacements cannot be provided for Classic Football Shirts items. This includes items that are gifted.
